Plumps the profile
For the price I paid I expected a bigger tube first of all, but yes, it tingles right away when you use it and a slight plump difference is visible when you look from the profile.

I've never used a lip plumping product before, but I really am quite impressed with the Too Faced Lip Injection Extreme Lip Plumper. There was no unpleasant sensation on my lips, there was a definite 'plump' and my lips were also wonderfully conditioned. Very happy.

It does work, trust me.
I have tiny lips really, and quite flacid but using lip injection over the past year has really helped plump them up and yes permanently. I've not even used it for months and you can still notice the effects and that's saying something!
