Best eyeliner ever, stays in place as long as you want

A gorgeous navy blue eyeliner pencil, perfect when you want to have an eye makeup with that little extra. Instead of using that same (boring) black or brown eyeliner, use this! I use it on my waterline together with smokey eyes. It makes my eye makeup more exciting, and gives more color as a detail. For best color payoff - apply the eyeliner and then wait until it has settled. And the apply it one more time. Now it stays in place until you want to remove it, from morning to night. Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Pencils are the only eyeliners I use, because they are simply the best! :o)
