Directions for Use:
- Pull your eyelid taut and use the pencil to line your upper and lower lids
- Begin at the inner corners and work outwards
Starting at outer corner of eye, draw a line to the middle of the lashline. Repeat from inner corner of eye, connecting to the first line. Create thin or thick lines to intensify the eye.

Im from Australia and found dealing with LookFantastic and absolute pleasure. Now for the product in mention, totally awesome especially for tightlining.. No more of that dreaded smear under the eye... Highly Recommend

Best eyeliner ever
I absolutely love Urban Decay kohl eyeliners. They are soft and easy to apply without dragging your skin, then they set and do not move til you remove them before bed! Brilliant range of colours too.
