Essential eye makeup for travelling

I love urban decay eyeshadows and this Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette is so far my favourite for traveling. The pigmentation and quality of the eye shadows are amazing. I can do my whole eye look with this, the black is matte and can be used as a liner. The packaging is sturdy so I don't have to worry as much when I throw it in my suitcase.

Great basic kit

This is my first encounter with Urban Decay's Eye Shadows and it's a very pleasant one. The colors are very suitable for a nude look but can also be used for a more dramatic evening make up, There's enough pigment, so I don't need to apply too much product. Also they blend beautifully. The texture feels silky and soft. I am very pleased with this product.

The Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette has some amazing eyeshadows! Since I'm not so keen on shimmery ones, this palette is an excellent choice for everyday makeup. The eyeshadows are super blendable and last on my eyelids. It's highly recommended!

Best basic

Hands down the best, most versatile beauty product I've ever bought. I am fair and cool-toned, but I can see this work well for everyone. The quality of these shadow is exactly, what I've come to expect from UD, disregarding the glitters of which there are none in this palette. I use every color every day. If you are looking for a neutral palette for every day use, look no further. Perfect for that no make up make up.

Great matte palette

This matte Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette in nude colours is a must for everyday make-up.

First of all, I love this little palette! It's wonderful! But really: it is very tiny, much smaller than I was expecting lol. The colours are really lovely, much more versatile than I expected. Venus, a gorgeous highlight colour, is also actually great to highlight the cheekbones, Faint and Naked 2 mixed together is the perfect browcolour for me and you can actually contour (with the right brushes!!!!) really well underneath the cheekbones, down the sides of the nose, etc. And of course, they're fantastic eyeshadows lol. They stay put for a pretty long time, even without a primer. I would say about 6.5/8 hours, depending on how much you put on (if you like to really layer your eyeshadows or just over apply a lot, that will definitely affect the weartime, but that's pretty normal), how oily your eyelids are etc. I just love all the colours (especially Walk of Shame, which I really didn't expect because it's such a boring looking pink/beige but it's a really gorgeous and pigmented all-over-lid colour with Faint or Naked 2 in the crease and outer corner. I just love this and I would definitely recommend this to all my friends!

The perfect palette for everyone!

The Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette is perfect for just about everyone. If you're into bright colours then you can mix these with them, if you're into nudes then you can find them here. If you have no idea how to wear eye-shadow then even the most amateur can use these colours, if you are a blending queen then you can create smokey looks and naked eye looks galore. I've bought a lot of eye-shadow palettes and most of them I've ended up giving away or selling on. This one will stay with me until I've used up every single scrap of powder because the colours are so perfect. I've seen a lot of people call this palette boring, and yes, it does look exceptionally so, but once it's on your eyes you will think again! The colours are so beautiful and understated they cannot fail to make you look amazing no matter what your skin tone. I am extremely pale and it's really easy for a lot of colours to be too bright or make me look like I've been punched. I am not skilled with eye-shadow but a lot of these colours just melt into my skin tone and look perfect. This is my favourite palette for eye-shadow and I think it would look great on everyone - the fact the colours are matte means it's perfect for older ladies. If you thought you couldn't wear Urban Decays eye-shadows then think again because this really is for everyone.

my everyday palette

This Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette is great for an everyday look and I absolutely love it. Colour playoff is great and the mirror is huge. Highly recommend!

Great colours

The colours in the Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette are just perfect for me (Scandinavian skin and medium brown hair). Venus is a wonderful eye brightener, Foxy and W.O.S. are great base shadows. Naked 2 is the perfect crease colour for me, perfect for giving my eyes a more smokey feel or for brows. Crave works well as a liner too. So excited about this palette!

The eyshadows in the Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette have a silky and soft texture that lasts for a full day. The colours blend well together. It's a very good base for a natural make up.

Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette is my first Urban Decay palette, and because I was looking for a natural look for the day I am more than pleased with it! It contains five matte shades and one shimmer shade for highlighting the eyebrow bone and the inner corner of the eye. It's great quality, perfectly pigmented and has long-lasting shades! I'm absolutely loving the product!

Very Nice

This Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette is a really awesome palette for work. I love matte shadows and the texture of these is really nice. The only complaint I have is that there are too many light shades. I would love to have another darker tone in this palette. Having said that though, this is my go-to work palette, and I think it is rather good value.

Simply amazing

The Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette received a considerable amount of hype at the time of time of its release. I have one of the previous Naked palettes, so I debated for quite some time whether to buy it. I'm so glad that I did. This kit has all you need for a neutral look, but you can smoke it out if you like a bit more intensity. All the shades are matte, so it's great if you shy away from shimmer. I love this palette, it's so versatile. Plus, it's smaller than the other Naked palettes, which makes it easier to travel with. If you're wondering whether to buy it, I'd say go for it. You won't regret it.

not as expected

I was slightly disappointed when using this palette as although the colours look pale and quite bright in the palette they look dull and quite dark once on. I do have a very pink and white complexion and blue eyes but the colours make me look either tired or as if I have been crying, I am still experimenting with application, but will probably end up giving to my daughter who has a more peaches and cream colouring.

I got this Urban Decay Naked Basics palette a few weeks ago and I absolutely love it! As always the UD eyeshadows are nice and easy to work with and I've used this palette every day since I got it. The colors allows you to create toned down everyday looks, but also fierce evening ones. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves make up and a neutral look.

This Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette has got great colours, it's perfect for the day time and for going out in the evening. A bit disappointed with the texture, but it looks good on.

Bought this for everyday for work as I was being lazy. I found it actually takes longer as it seems to take more skill to blend properly. I am not disappointed though as they are lovely colours and has a great texture and it fits easily into my make up bag. It is a bit stiff to open the palette but otherwise it is a great product.
