Super light
I have been using the alpha H clear skin range for months now and feel like it has completely transformed my problem skin. I am so much more confident to go make-up free! This is a super light moisturiser and doesn’t make my skin feel clogged or oily at all.

Not enough for combination skin
I love that it contains Niacinamide and salicylic acid which are both great for acne-prone skin. But it also contains quite a large amount of alcohol denat which is why it’s so quick drying and it may cause irritation in the long term. The thin gel is very runny and I feel it doesn’t give sufficient hydration to my skin, making it produce more oil to compensation for the dehydration. But I’d imagine this would give a very soothing and cooling effect on oilier skin. Unfortunately not for me.

Very good
Love this product, in combination with the facial mist its cleared my skin within a few days. However I would recommend a pump lid rather than a flip one as it comes out very quick so a lot of product is wasted :(.

My favorite
I get acne so hate putting think moisturisers on my skin. This is a gel formula that is lighter and definitely seems to improve my skin. I'm not sure it can replace a moisturiser fully and I still make sure to use a more hydrating formula on the dryer areas of my face

Alpha H Hydratof Gel
But this product for my 15 year old son who is struggling with spots . He loves it and now uses all Alpha H products . He can't be without it and I've started to now but two at a time

great
I've tried other 'hydrator gels' which have done anything but. However, this stuff does what it says on the tin, and I'm very happy with it. I have a very dry, flaky T-zone, and oily jawline and chin, which suffer from breakouts, so I wanted something that will sufficiently hydrate the dry areas but not clog pores in the oily areas, and this does exactly that. Another benefit is that it doesn't contain AHA's which make your skin more sensitive to sun damage, and it smells nice because of the Eucalyptus. Highly recommended.

This Alpha-H Clear Skin Daily Hydrator Gel does what it says. No oily face, no blemishes. Recommend! Very lightweight.
