No aroma & gritty texture
Upon opening my 1st lip balm it spilled all over my hands because all the oil was on the surface. When I applied it, it had a gritty texture, absolutely no smell and didn’t taste great. After and epic series of messaging back and forth expressing my dissatisfaction with the product I randomly received a 2nd lip balm. This one had a solid consistency but still no “Aroma”, gritty texture and unpleasant taste.

Good
Lip balm long lasts, lips soften, but "taste" is not very good. It does not stick after application, the lips are long supple.

Excellent!
I am quite sure that this is the best lip balm I ever had (and I tried a lot of them). The balm has a very smooth texture so application is pleasant and easy. The product deeply moisturizes and protects the lips. It has a very nice soothing scent and contains only natural ingredients! Doesn’t have that unpleasant greasy taste. Works wonders once applied overnight! I definitely recommend this product!!!
