Amazing Stuff!! Formally known as Aveda Blue Oil
This oil is simply amazing! I keep the small rollerball version in my bag at all times. The amazing peppermint scent helps to calme me down, take in deep breaths and relax. The oil lingers on the skin for a while which is great especially when you get a whiff of it if the wind blows or when you’re moving about. My fave places to apply the oil is on my inner wrists, inner forearms, temples, back and sides of the neck. Around the shoulder blades is also another nice place to apply it. As a massage therapist, I also like to use it on my clients as a finishing touch.
