Aveda Rosemary Mint Purifying Shampoo 250ml

I love this light weighted shampoo! It purifies and leaves my hair and scalp fresh for days. I have greasy hair and need to wash it at least every two days but with this one, it can be three days. I also love the uplifting scent of mint which is refreshing for a morning wash.

Purchased this to try out as loved the idea of the scent and saw the good reviews. My hair is thick, dyed and just touches my shoulders.  I recently tried out a new shampoo which left my hair feeling more hydrated and soft but this one even after that still left a more wonderful difference to my hair.  My hair had an even more noticeable shine to it and felt really soft like never before. It also made my hair a little straighter too which I blow dry as it’s naturally curly so that’s an added bonus.  It is nice to wash with, lathers alright but had to add a little more than usual. It feels and smells refreshing! You can really smell the mint and rosemary too which smells like real rosemary and not a made up scent.  I didn’t find that it left my hair smelling nice though which I was wanting. It didn’t leave any scent at all behind for me but I can deal with that seeing as it’s made such beautiful changes in other areas. So glad I gave it a go and I’ll definitely be it using again. I would recommend. 

This shampoo is great not only does it make my hair feel fuller and fresh but the smell lasts a long time . Even my date complimented me on the delicious smell of my hair.

I absolutely love this shampoo - it’s been a religious purchase for about 2 years now! It’s amazing for fine hair, and doesn’t make your hair look oily after use! 

Smells really good. I usually have to wash twice with this shampoo to get a lather going. My hair the second day is not as greasy as with other shampoos which is great!

I'm so glad I have found aveda which has really helped to improve my hair, for me its expensive but worth the price as thankfully after varying the aveda shampoos and treatments for 2 years my hair now seem much healthier and I now have some volume, the mint version makes my hair seem very clean and shiny.

It took about a week for my hair to get used to this and it now feels better than ever; due to lockdown I’ve not had a cut in 4 months and this shampoo and conditioner has worked wonders at keeping my hair healthy and strong.  I love the smell and a little goes a long way. You definitely get what you pay for with this product. 

Where to begin? I love this shampoo and have been using it for years, every time I try a new one, I always return to this one, the others just don't match up. My hair is fine, though I have a lot of it, and highlighted. Firstly, this shampoo does not weigh it down or leave a residue, after using it, my hair is shiny and seems full of volume. Secondly, I love the effects of it on my scalp! My scalp feels refreshed as I'm using it, and it makes me want to give myself a head massage every time I use it, because of its refreshing nature, so if I have time, I do! I also find if I use other shampoos I seem to have a bit of dandruff and scape irritation, but when I switch back to this one, they miraculously go. And last but not least, I love the aroma of this shampoo. Great to use to 'waken' myself up. I can't recommend this shampoo enough, I'd be lost without it!

Although it is not a miracle, this shampoo is really great. I have very fine hair so when it comes to volume, it is just a regular shampoo. But it calms down my scalp, which is great in the summer or after intensive trainings. Also it smells absolutely amazing. I'm not sure if I will purchase this again, I would like to try also different shampoos, but probably yes, at the some point. Mainly because of the scent :)

I was recommended this specific type of Aveda shampoo at my local Debenhams but i ended up buying on here when my hair was falling out dramatically following the use of Herbal Essences shampoo i used. it doesn't foam up like drugstore shampoos which is great for your hair apparently since it doesn't strip it of its natural oils but it freaks me out at the same time. the first time i thought it hadn't washed my oily roots but it did feel squeaky clean and worked! i only gave it 4 stars since i'm not HUGE fan of the minty fragrance
