Step 1: Ensure hair is dry and combed through.
Step 2: Divide the hair into sections.
Step 3: Plug in the appliance and press the button marked ‘ ’ to switch on. To select a heat setting suitable for your hair type, press the ‘+’ and ‘-’ buttons. The indicator light will blink until the heat setting selected has been reached. Once the temperature has been reached, the indicator will remain solid in colour.
Step 4: Take a section of hair and place it between the styling plates. Starting at the root, close the plates applying gentle pressure and glide down the section in one smooth movement. If you wish to create shape at the ends of the hair, slightly bend your wrist inwards as you reach the end of each section. Repeat as necessary through the remaining sections of hair.
Step 5: Allow the hair to cool fully before combing through.

Wasn’t that impressed with this product. the straighteners definitely work but the curling wand doesn’t do a lot and I have had better results with cheaper products.

I wanted to love this
I actually want to give this 3.5 stars, but the rose gold colour saves it. As other commenters have said, the barrel gets really hot when you're using it, which can make styling a bit difficult. The protective, plastic ends have also come off on occasion for me. The end result is great, it just takes some time and effort to get there.

Great till it stopped working...
I was very happy with the purchase, hair straightener was great but stopped working after a month, without any reason as it did not fell, was stored in a one, safe place and one day just won't be able to turn it on!

Too hot to handle
This product should have came with a glove to protect the hands when styling as the straightener becomes extremely hot and you literally burn your fingers. You can't hold the end of the straightener to handle your hair. Not happy. Not worth the price.
