I'd use it as a highlighter
4My skin is uneven due to acne scarring so I don't use it as a setting powder. It would just enhance the texture. But it's beautiful and I like to use it on my body in the evening or as a highlighter. Lasts ages.

3I am a big lover of bareminerals and have used their products for years. I tried this veil as it had good reviews. I find the product itself good, however it’s too glittery for my liking. It’s such fine powder that unfortunately even when you’ve put the lid on it leeks out everywhere! All on my dressing table, in my make up bag etc so find the packaging itself not great at keeping the product in without wasting half of it through poor design. Overall it’s a good product and does the job but cannot use too much as far too glittery and leeks everywhere. Will not be purchasing again.

5It's perfect natural final step of my daily make-up. Since I found it, I re-buying it all the time. Gives me matt and at the same time illuminating finish which last all day long! 5 star product!

Never disappointed
4Bare minerals rarely disappoints and this product is one of my favourites as adds a lovely sheen and luminosity to your skin on top of any of your chosen bare mineral foundations.

lots of glitter
3The powder itself if finely milled and applies beautifully to the face. The powder doesn't give me a "glow" it just deposits glitter particles over my face. Not really what I was hoping for.

Exactly what I was looking for !
5I've tried illuminating powders before, and found they either didn't 'illuminate' or were too glittery to be subtle. This powder is perfect for daily wear, and doesn't have that 'disco' glitter effect, while still brightening up your complexion.

Very good, very sparkly
4This is definitely a translucent power, it doesn't add any colour to my face so lets my foundation colour shine through and no dry 'cakey' look. It seems good at absorbing oils and keeping my make up in place. As others have said it does have quite a sparkly element and does add a glimmer to the face - may not be for everyone?!

5I love bare minerals veil products and the illuminating one especially as it leaves your skin with a slight sheen which looks very natural.

Mineral Veil
5I bought the foundation first, great colour and coverage bug didn't last. I bought an illuminating MV after a little research and it fixes the foundation really well. It also gives a lovely glow to everything.
