  1. Prep the Night before

Make a list before you go to bed of everything that is on your mind or worrying you. By putting your thoughts down on paper, it can help to clear your mind and balance you. It can also help to put things into perspective and let you see things in a clearer light.

  2. Smile smile smile!

When your alarm goes off, try and smile to face the day ahead. You will find this can help you to wake up more quickly and make you feel much more content and happy.

  3. Take a shower

Showering in the morning helps to wake up your body and make you feel refreshed and revived. Using a shower gel with aromatherapy benefits can also help to enliven your senses and perk up your mood.

I like to enhance my natural beauty rather than cover up and I am always on the lookout for great products which really work. When I am not writing about all things beauty, I like to do Yoga and I make an amazing brownie. It is all about balance!
