It takes two to tango!

Oh dear, oh dear, I have a confession to make following on from Alex’s latest blog…. I too have been royally tango’d! Or more to the point I am featuring a Dalmatian inspired orange and white patch work quilt style as my skin! Falling for the TV ads (just as Alex did) I thought I’d give this high-street brand a try, (sorry but I shouldn’t name names) and needless to say I truly suffered for not opting for quality. But apart from having to wear long sleeves and trousers in this lovely weather, and taking plenty of well deserved stick from the LF team, this stripy tan just ain’t budging! I’ve exfoliated and scrubbed my skin red raw but it seems I’m going to just have to ride this one out!

Despite my run in with the fake tan (and call me mad if you will) but I’ve researched my next ‘quality’ purchase in preparation so I can get back to my happy tan days. And although the unnamed brand was an out and out disaster, I have been able to take one small positive from the ‘you’ve been tango’d experience,’ – the concept of being able to spray and go! It being a quick drying spray is something I will definitely pursue, so my next purchase will be the St. Tropez Self Tan Bronzing Spray.

Fingers crossed for me peeps as I try to put right all that went wrong! I’ll let you know how I get on!!
