Side effects
At the beginning i was so pleased with the product, improved my toilet routine, i did not feel as bloated and i seemed to get full a lot faster. However, after taking the product for 4 months on and off i have developed a bad problem with going to the toilet, being very constipated and irritated - this may not be linked to the product but there has been no change in my diet ( i try to keep it as balanced as possible).
