Due for Liz Earle (with hint of menthol)
4I have late 30s skin (beginning to get concerned about lines) with occiaisional breakouts. I've been using this for a few years now - occasionally switch to other products (swayed by adverts with grand claims) and invariably come back to this. It's a really robust cream cleanser that removes makeup without need to scrub - great so as not to exacerbate lines or breakouts. I'd say it cleans without stripping the skin, and my face always feels soft (and definitely not dry) afterwards. Since using it I've found my breakouts have decreased significantly. Consistency wise, it reminds me of the Liz Earle cream cleanser, and while I use mine with a sponge, I think you could easily use a hot cloth/muslin like that brand would recommend. Only point to watch - it does have a hint of menthol in it. It doesnt smell like menthol, but when you put it near your eyes, you know about it. I wouldnt say it stung as such, so much as it really woke my eyes up (good for first thing in the morning lol!). After a while my eyes got used to it, so I'd say persevere with it like you would do for other sensitising beauty ingredients (not a great example but a bit like if you are starting using a retinol for the first time and it tingles at first)

Ok cleanser
4This cleanser does leave a minty, cooling feeling on your face for a few minutes after use however I cannot say it leaves my skin that soft and supple. It is really an ok one. I had better ones before but then again this one is almost 100% natural. I don't think I will repurchase however at least I am not putting too much chemicals on my face meanwhile.

Good cleanser but stings your eyes!
2This cleanser is a nice consistency and cleans away your make up well. My biggest issue is that there is something in it which really stings your eyes. It does say on the tube not to get in contact with your eyes but it seems silly to have a face cleanser which you cannot use on your entire face. I do not want the hassle of buying/using 2 separate cleansers so will not be buying this cleanser again

One of my all time favourites
5A pleasure to use, the natural chamomile scent is such a calming start and end to the day. The texture of this cream is beautiful it glides on and feels cool like it’s really refreshing and revitalising my skin. I apply it on dry skin, after removing make-up, work it gently into my skin, then wipe away with a clean warm flannel. It’s a bit like Liz Earle but I’ve found it goes a bit further, and is 99.9% natural. My skin is sometimes quite blemished but typically just combination skin type really, and this product nails it for me. Won’t ever go back to a foaming cleanser, completely unnecessary. I often gift this to friends and family who appear to agree and often convert to this cleanser!

Creamy
4I like this face wash as it's really thick and feels like it's really giving your skin a good clean. Plus it's 100% natural. However one of the ingredients does sting my eyes a little bit, so one star off for that.

cool cleansing cream
4Because of mint, the product leaves a very cool sensation on face after washing, and the skin doesn't feel dry. Just need to keep away from eyes.

Burt Bees´s Fantastic
5This Burt's Bees Soap Bark & Chamomile Deep Cleansing Cream is an excellent product, it leaves the skin clean and light. I've tried many products before, more expensive ones and this one really makes the difference. I'm trying more skin products of Burt Bees.
