PPC is our largest acquisition channel for new customers as well as our largest direct sales driver. Through our close direct relationships with Google, Bing, Yandex and Facebook, we have access to leading edge technology and data to help us locate and message the right customers and communicate about our brands.

- Working specifically on ourLookfantastic beauty brand on campaigns, based from our head office at Manchester Airport, you will be responsible for:
- Building new campaigns across multiple Paid Search, Shopping, Display and Social ad-platforms
- Use data driven insights to quickly iterate and methodically improve results day on day, week on week, and month on month.
- Specifics of account management and optimisation include Campaign structure, keyword research, keyword management, keyword bidding, ad copywriting and testing, search content integration, related search strategies, landing page testing, and any other core capability required to maximise results, drive volume, and hit targets.
- Working with our in-house design team on banner and ad creation
- Constant optimisation of campaigns to agreed revenue and ROI targets
- Managing daily paid campaign spend to ensure optimum campaign performance

To identify and generate areas of growth potential, to ensure distribution of balances ranges across our network and manage the stock and sales through accurate P&L management.Responsible for range builds, in season trading,commercial operation of a category or brand area and building key relationships with finance, trading, buying and marketing.

- Work with buying to maximise commercial opportunities and minimise areas of risk by regularly reviewing performance and trends and re-planning accordingly.

- Effective WSSI management to highlight risks and opportunities in the P&L.
- Develop and agree activity plans with buying and marketing to achieve sales and profit targets and drive the correct department strategy
- Robust management of OTB with phased commitment to increase trading flexibility

- Analyse supplier delivery performance and work with the buyer and supply to take appropriate action

Reporting in to the Category Manager, you will work with the wider team to facilitate the execution of the join business plans agreed with each brand partner, to deliver continued sales and profit growth across the category.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Working with the Category Manager to build, manage and deliver brand budgets.
- Help to build best-in-class joint business plans (JBPs) with a variety of brand partners across the category, including market leading promotions, first to market launches, exclusives and investment in to promotional and marketing support to maximise brand performance.
- Communicating key JBP activations to site managers and marketing teams to ensure successful execution of the agreed JBP.
- Co-ordinating activations, setting up and ordering NPD and GWPs, setting live and taking down brand promotions and providing brand guidance to trading teams.
- Monitoring and reviewing category performance to analyse sales patterns and responding to any changes.
- Demand planning by brand alongside the Merchandising team, ensuring the brand always has the required level of stock to maximise budget performance
- Regularly reviewing and reporting on pricing and competitive stance in the market by brand.
