better than nothing
Decent in the sense that, if you're nutrient deficient, it's better than nothing. Overall, if you can afford higher priced supplements, do some research on what you really need and the dosage you need. The dosages in this are all over the place, some nutrient amounts are decent, others are lacking. For example: this multi-vitamin has an insufficient amount of magnesium (also, they're likely using a cheaper type of magnesium that isn't very efficient, you want magnesium chloride) and it has more magnesium than calcium. You want way more magnesium than calcium, because magnesium is what helps calcium (and other nutrients) be absorbed by the body.

Centrum Performance
This is the best multivitamin i have ever used, usually i take 1 in the morning after my breakfast, and it keeps me going for the rest of the day, i start my gym at 6pm and i noticed that ever since i started the centrum, my energy levels never drop.. I will recommend this to anyone who is active and a sport person, it works for me. i am absolutely happy with the product.
