It definitely does not foam. I use this as my second cleaner and it does a great job of clearing away any left over makeup and making my face feel clean. Would but again once run out.

Good cleanser for value, leaves the skin smooth and is efficient in removing make up residue. I ussualy use a balm to remove make up then use cleanser but I've use it without removing my make up initially and does a good job in cleansing your face. Also feels gentle to the skin. I would recommend buying this product.
