won't buy it again
It is easy to apply, however, it doesn't last more than a couple of hours, gets smudged all over your eyelids and gives you panda eyes.

So so......OK.
Though it did glide with ease, this Ciate eyeliner dried out during the application, the color also transferred to my upper lid. There are far better eyeliners out there...just say'n
