Great
This serum is great. Like the other reviews the pump does stop working fast but I broke into it and with a cotton bud used the rest. I know it’s not the best method but the serum was good and glided on

The Best Serum for dry skin
This is the only skincare range that combats my ridiculously dry T-Zone and very sensitive skin. This serum is amazing, and the only one that works for me, however, only downside is that it’s so hard to get hold of as it is always out of stock.

LOVE it
This keeps selling out and I'm not surprised, because without it my skin gets irritable. I have eczema prone, very sensitive skin on my face, and the Ceramidin range has become my twice-daily routine to keep my skin stable and properly hydrated - I use the toner, serum and cream as a 3-step. The only thing I would change is the packaging, as product gets left behind inside the bottle, which the pump doesn't reach.

Amazing serum
Now I absolutely love the serum and have bought a few so far, it's hydrating, smells great and it's worked wonders when my skins been dry or a little sensitive due to retinol use. The only problem is it's not cruelty free 😪 had I know this earlier I wouldn't have bought and used as many.

I would say it's more like a moisturizing serum than a hydrating one because of its texture.. if u have dry skin this one would be good!

Amazing product, terrible packaging
Echoing other reviewers - this product has transformed my eczema suffering sensitive skin. I had constant flare ups maybe 2/7 days my skin was ok but now using this along with liquid & cream my skin is the best it’s been in years but the packaging is terrible. The pump lid stopped working & broke off when I fiddled with it. Ended up buying a new one but was sure it felt half full. Turns out it was! Only remedy is don’t lie it down keep it upright but even then my partner sawing it open for me was the only alternative. Please please please sort this!!

Take heed of reviews
I didn’t listen to the reviews and ploughed on to buy this serum. Product is brilliant, no issues at all. Packaging is awful. Stopped working on second day and I had to yank off the yellow top with scissors. Now I smack out the serum to apply. Why isn’t the packaging changed to a tube or a dropper bottle? Unless this changes I won’t be buying again. For the price it should be better. Serum is beautiful but not worth the hassle.

Amazing serum for dry/dehydrated skin
I was hoping to find a cheaper serum to replace this but I missed it so much I waited for a discount and repurchased. It is so hydrating and lovely for when I'm not using an active serum. I'm finding it so difficult to find hydrating products without hyaluronic acid in these days as my skin doesn't always love it, especially in winter.

Avoid purely based on packaging
This serum is excellent - a strong natural scent, very hydrating and mid-weight on the skin. I received a tester size and came online to order a large one - but after reading similar negative reviews on THREE sites, I'm going to avoid it purely because of the packaging. Reviews go back to 2020 complaining (rightfully so) about how awful the material and pump both are - causing way too much aggro. The manufacturer needs to wake up as several of us aren't bothering to purchase based on this.
