Love it
Great multi purpose gel. Think the price is a little but it is a really nice produce. Great for aches and pains but mainly use it on the forehead and temples for headaches.

Great but...
Very good multipurpose gel. I use it mainly to alleviate swollen legs and muscle aches, but also it's fantastic to relieve tension and headaches, I apply it on my forehead, temples, nape of the neck and shoulders and the relief is almost instantaneous! But what I don't like is the ingredient list, I thought parabens weren't mainly used any more, and I didn't expect from a brand like Elemis to use them. Also, the price is a bit high for the quantity, more if you use it every day in large areas.

Soothing
I bought this for my husband for Father’s Day from the kids as he gets tired achy legs. He had this used on him at Champney’s when we went to a spa weekend and loved the soothing feeling of it so bought him some and got a little free gift set for me too!

Pregnancy saviour

this works!
This gel is fantastic for general aches and pains as well as pulled or torn muscles in the body. This has helped me through whiplash and gym injuries. Wouldn't be without it!

I’d forgotten how good Elemis body products are, this Instant Refreshing Gel does what it says its amazing, Would defiantly recommend for slight aches and pains
