To use as a cleanser:
- Application: Warm into the palms and then massage over the face, neck and décolleté with light circular massage movements. Moisten fingertips and continue to massage. Remove with a warm, damp cotton cleansing cloth.
To use as a facial mask:
- Recommended Amount: A teaspoon-sized amount.
- Application: Apply to the face, neck and décolleté massaging gently with fingertips. Leave for 10 minutes, then hold a warm, damp cleansing cloth over the skin. Inhale the sensorial aroma. Gently wipe away. Balm may melt when warm but re-sets perfectly when cooled.

Simply lovely!
I received the original cleansing balm in a mini yo try and fell in love, completely get the hype now! Love the rose scent and only need a small amount. My face feels clean, soft and hydrated. I follow with a foaming cleanser to double cleanse and my 40 year old skin is glowing! Expensive but worth it.

Clean Skin
My skin always feels beautifully clean after using this cleanser. Leaves my skin soft and not at all dry. I found the rose scent a little over powering, so I'll go back to using the original formula in the future.

Couldn’t be without this!
An absolute staple piece in my skincare routine and has been for quite some time now. There are no words for how good this cleansing balm is. It literally wipes your makeup away and leaves your skin feeling so soft and clean. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Absolutely love this cleanser over the standard one as it smells great. Removes all oil and dirt from face without drying my skin out. I couldn’t use anything else after using this.

My favourite cleansing balm ever and the rose scent is gorgeous. Subtle and not over powering. Effectively cleanses the face and removes the day. Absolutely perfect!

Great cleansing balm
Love this one, was sceptical but I’m very happy of this purchase, cleans the skin good, doesn’t leave it dry and a little goes a long way, so by being pricy, it will not finish quick. Will definitely stick with Elemis products from now on.

Buy on repeat
I’ve been using this for a couple of years now and it is my go to cleanser. It smells divine and it is really nourishing whilst removing all traces of make up. It lasts for a long time too so worth every penny!

Amazing cleansing balm/Beautiful fragranted balm
Once ,again another amazing skin product from Elemis. This cleansing balm is easy to apply and when removed with a damp face cloth(I use .muslin face cloths) ...my face felt soft and supple not tight/dry which is what has happened when using other brand cleansing balm. Think I have become addicted to Elemis!
