White Brightening Even Tone Serum (10ml)
The White Brightening Even Tone Serum boasts intensive brightening properties and is clinically proven to reduce the appearance of uneven pigmentation through continued use. The potent serum intelligently combines Daisy and Pea extracts with encapsulated Vitamin c to help reduce the appearance of dark spots, age spots and other imperfections, resulting in a brighter, clearer and more even complexion.
Papaya Enzyme Peel (50ml)
The unique, non-granular Papaya Enzyme Peel boasts 7 active ingredients that work to repair and protect skin. Cellular Recovery Skin Bliss Capsules (14 capsules)
The Cellular Recovery Skin Bliss Capsules are the ultimate anti-pollution solution; containing potent age-defying anti-oxidants to refresh, nourish and distress skin. Disappointed
I am so disappointed with this set - Typically I would not spend so much on Skincare however I done a little research into this set and thought I would give it a go as on the box.. It would be just the trick I was after. I have 'Normal' skin type so didn't think I would have any issues. I used the products much like the routine I imagine they were put together for - The Cleanser was actually ok, done the job and skin felt clean & fresh daily. The Enzyme Peel smelt divine and I would say left my skin feeing moisturised. The Serum and Capsules were the issue - The serum initially soaked into the skin quite quickly and left me looking matte however as the day progressed, my skin looked and felt so greasy & oily I felt my face needed a wash everyday I used it when I got back from work. I didn't feel the effects of the Capsules, you only receive 7 of each so I did not use these everyday/night however when I did, it did not sink into my skin at all and again, left my face feeling greasy. Several days into this routine my skin broke out, I had an under the skin rash appear on my forehead and cheeks as well as numerous acne-like spots. I have never had acne-prone skin nor does anything in this set suggest it is to combat it (I am aware some products draw out imperfections) Swiftly stopping using the products I have resorted to a friend's suggestion of Simple Daily Face Wash & Exfoliator which has cleared my skin and left it looking and feeling 100 x better than this Elemis set did. Lesson learnt - Expensive products aren't always the best. This may work for some people but not for me at all.
