So soothing
I love using espa fitness bath salts so because I suffer with anxiety and have a very busy everyday life thought I’d give these a go. Beautiful packaging to start and the crystals are beautiful they smell amazing only problem for me was the smell didn’t seem to last as long as I’d hoped once they were put into the water. Very soothing and if you do the ritual that comes in the little booklet provided very calming. Would re buy.

Magic salts that really do soothe aching muscles and the smell is divine! Why can't I get hold of this now? Such a shame. Really indulgent and I got a kick out of the ritual of rubbing my skin with the salts and letting them then do their magic while I had a long soak.
