very unhappy with this product - waste of money
I purchased this wand to replace a cloud nine wand thats now six years old. Ive never had an issue with the old wand holding a curl. I have shoulder length naturally very curly hair. Ive tried the produce twice, once styling straight first, then after putting olaplex 6 style cream in and leaving my hair to dry naturally first. The curls didnt last longer than about 40 minutes either time. GHD say there is nothing they can do. Ill try the product again, but so far im very unimpressed. Not worth risking buying it. I wished Id just gone for another cloud nine product. Ill try a third time, to see if its user error....not that its rocket science - is it!

Amazing
My hairdresser used these on me and the curl lasted until I had to wash my hair again which was 4 days later! Amazing, and no product was used. Fantastic.
