I had this as a free item with my usual grow gorgeous shampoo, I wasn’t impressed and left my hair feeling not as clean as my usuals. Personally I wouldn’t buy it

Amazing
I received the balance shampoo as a free gift when ordering another shampoo & conditioner. I hadn’t looked into it so wasn’t sure what to expect. I love it! I’ve used it a few times now and it leaves my hair squeaky clean but still lovely & shiney and soft once dry. I’ll definitely be ordering it again & the conditioner to match.

I swear by this brand so much been using in for years. My hair is so shiny, thick and healthy/ my hair used to be short and broken and now I have hair pass my bottom/ highly recommend

Lovely shampoo.
This shampoo is amazing. My hair type is fine and very damaged but after being washed, it's usually incredibly frizzy and dry feeling. This has helped calm the frizz a lot. What I will say tho is, if you have fine hair I'd recommend washing twice (you need the smallest amount) it also smells beautiful.

Good shampoo
Got this as a freebie and i’ll be honest I’ll definitely buy again. It does have a strong scent but i quite like it. Also in the last few years my hair has not only thinned out but i’m also massively sensitive on my scalp and break out in eczema on my forehead. Even really expensive brands have caused this. This brand hasn’t. I also bought the hair grow/thickening set which has been brilliant. Too early to say if my hair is thicker but its grown.
