Relaxing and silky!
When I first got this balm I wasn’t too sure about the scent - it was a little sweet for me and the balance wasn’t as lavendery as I was hoping. But since I got used to it I can’t stop using it! I don’t find it helps with sleeping, but it definitely soothes my nerves so when I’m at my desk I pop a little on pulse points when I feel the day getting on top of me. It feels very silky and nourishing - I’ve used as a treatment on hands and feet and they feel amazingly soft and soothed afterwards!

Love using this as part of a little pamper routine when stressed, it smells amazing and a little bit goes a long way!

So soothing
I suffer from headaches and anxiety and the whole ilapothecary range really helps me from the room spray to the pulse point to the soothing balm. Really does alleviate any headaches and just clears the mind. You don't need to use much at all so they should last a while.
