Great colour payoff!

Really good palette! The purples are a little same-y for my tastes, but still a great selection of colour. Colours are really buildable too, which helps get great colour pay-off. Packaging is also gorgeous.

fantastic pigments giving deep flawless colour

Absolutely loved this palette which I bought for a make up design as part of my shoot for the editorial week at my make up training course at the Bath Academy of Media Make Up. All of the colours pick up and apply really nicely with a fantastic pigment that was rich and deep and gave the lovely colourful luxe eye look I was aiming for. I've not been disappointed with any of my Illamasqua purchases and they are now my go to for a premium make up and especially so for their vegan and cruelty free passion for a brutality free conscious cosmetics.

Experimental

I recently got this palette and done 2 looks with it so far, got to use all the shades and I must say I am very pleased with how they came out! The formula is a bit on the dry side, they are firmly pressed so you won't pick up too much at once on the brush. All the colors are buildable, you won't get too much color payoff from the first application which I like because it gives you more control and in my opinion makes it more user friendly when working with such colorful shadows. Because of that and the way the shades are arranged I think this is a perfect palette for someone who is starting to get into colors and wants to experiment. The packaging is a lot heavier than I expected and give it a very luxe feeling, it looks very well made. Overall I am very satisfied with this and I'm sure I will get a lot of use out of it.
