I have taken the gummies as directed but haven’t noticed any difference in the condition of my hair. The gummies themselves smell a bit funky and are extremely hard, needed to wait for them to soften in my mouth before trying to bite into them

These are awesome. They help your hair grow healthy from the inside-out. Organic mushroom ingredients and no sugar. And best of all they taste great! Blueberry / wild berry flavour. I have a hard time eating just two at a time! Well-done, Sommer Ray!
