Disappointed
1I bought 2 packs of these (120) so it’s fair to say I’ve given them a chance to work. They made no difference to mr nails at all, they’re still flimsy and split every day. Due to the reviews I was hopeful but they didn’t work for me. Waste of money!

4I can honestly say since using this product I have definitely noticed less hair shredding. It definitely gives my self esteem more of a boost using this as I suffer from thinning hair due to ill health. I am only 40.

5Best supplements I’ve used that actually work. You will start to see a difference after a month but it’s worth the what. Equally great for strengthening nails and hair not just one. Had to bulk buy because of the great offer!

4My nails require constant care. Buffing, cleaning, etc. I do all the research and nothing has helped keep them strong and white besides this supplement. Twice I have tried pharmacy, over the counter brands hoping for the same result and neither product was as good (either no change or one made me nauseated after taking with food every morning, as according to the instructions) I swear by these. The only issue is the price is a bit high in my opinion for vitamins and that you can't stop using them. I went off them for 1-2 weeks and immediately noticed my nail health decline. This is a forever purchase (hence why I think they could bring down that price)

5My nails were really, really weak, they would break ALL the time and I could peel them off easily with my own hands. It was really terrible and I never had something like this before. I noticed how the frequency of this decreased after 3 weeks of taking this supplement. Now I am half way through the treatment and it has completely stopped. I have not noticed such improvements with my hair, but it completely healed my nails, so I am really happy with this product!
