I use this regularly on my nails and I find they are less likely to break. I used to be a nail biter but this deters me as it works so well to make my nails look healthy

Just an average cuticle oil, I have used it every day for about a month now and it made no difference to my cuticles that aren’t that dry to begin with. Smells nice and isn’t too greasy, but there are better oils out there
