Snags
This brush is terrible it's snags and rips out hair. The wooden brush pins are not secured in so the gaps at the bottom hold on to the hair and pull them out. Not happy

I love that the whole brush, even the bristles are made of wood - just the soft cushion is made of something. It is my everyday go to, wet or dry brush. The wood makes everyday brush feel luxurious
