Brilliant sulphate free
Love this shampoo. Still lathers nicely and leaves my hair feeling really clean and shiny. Smells really lovely and a little goes a long way. Love that it’s sulphate and silicone free.

Perfect for keratin-treated hair
I have been having keratin treatments for a while now (my hair is naturally very thick and curly/frizzy, it is also coloured treated too). My hairdresser told me to avoid sulfate in shampoo as this will strip away the keratin. This was the first sulfate-free shampoo I tried, as I have been using other Kerastase products for years and years now as I find them to be the best for me. This shampoo has been amazing for me as it has protected my keratin and been very gentle on my hair. I have tried another sulfate-free range from Kerastase, Chroma Absolu, and found it terrible! Made my hair airy and frizzy and overall very shapeless, whereas this one protected my natural curl pattern. I think it has also been much gentler on my blonde balayage too. Would absolutely recommend for keratin-treated and/or coloured hair!

Amazing shampoo
I was not sure whether to buy this shampoo due to the negative reviews, but I'm glad I have! A lot of people think that shampoo is supposed to wash your hair, while in fact its mainly meant to clean your scalp. With this shampoo you need to make sure your scalp really wet before applying, and you need to apply the shampoo directly on to your scalp. Massage it in and success guaranteed! Lots of foam, and the smell is great. I got so many compliments of how shiny my hair looked (even over FaceTime). I have medium thickness long hair.

Awful
This is the most awful shampoo I have ever used. I regularly use more natural shampoos and am aware they don’t lather up as much and feel quite different to regular shampoo. However, this shampoo coats your hair with this awful sticky/oily product, and leaves it looking like u haven’t washed for weeks. Not fit for purpose as far as I’m concerned. Complete waste of money.

Greasy and oily
This product made my hair so greasy and oily, the consistency is very strange too. My hair is very thick and did not work for me, however my sister tried it, and she loves it.

Makes your hair greasy
I bought this thinking it would be great for my hair as there are no sulphates. However it’s made my hair greasy and sticky and it’s honestly the worst product I’ve ever bought.... Don’t waste your money. My hair is very thick too so doesn’t get greasy ever.

Amazing product, highly recommend.
Male with very thick, dry curly hair. This product is amazing and perfect without even a conditioner (I use an oil while my hair is damp after instead). I’m sorry but anyone who is rating this low doesn’t understand the product. Of course it doesn’t foam up loads like a usual shampoo, because it’s free of sulphates... the very reason you probably bought it! Sulphates strip the hair and scalp and leave it dry. Whereas this shampoo cleanser gently and is gentle enough for daily use. If you let your hair fully saturate with water and double cleanse (which you should always do anyway) you will get some foaming for a “cleaner” feel. I’ve used many Kérastase ranges and love many, but this product is an absolute #1 for me.

Great at first but...
I loved this shampoo just the first 2 applications but after that my hair was left coated and dirty, my scalp looked like I hadn’t wash my hair for ages. Really disappointed, what a waste of money.
