Excelet product, poor delivery from company

I have used this product for over 2 years and will not use anything else. My hair has been in amazing condition since then. The only problem with this product is ordering it from this complany. They use Yodel delivery who are useless. I have ordered this 3 times and had problems with each delivery. Despite having this feedback they still use Yodel!!! They are letting your business down!!!

This is a wonderful shampoo, even though i dye my hair a lot it doesn't strip the colour out. I find I do have to do 2 shampoos and it lathers up better the second time but i would usually do this anyway. My hair feels so soft after even just one use along with the lait vital conditioner

This shampoo perfectly suits my hair that is fine, long, slightly oily with dry ends. Most shampoos make it greasy quickly, or make it lose all volume and lie completely flat to the head or make it dry out at the ends. Bain Satin 1 delivers great shine and volume, no greasiness or heaviness and yet it moisturises the lengths of my hair. I use it with Kerastase Lait Vital and the combo is perfect for me. I really love it, just wish it was a bit cheaper.

I got a 30ml mini as a gift with my purchase. Since my hair are thin, lack volume and have oily roots I wasn't expecting much of this shampoo, but it just blown me away - it gave my hair shine, volume, bounce, decreased frizz (which I'm particilarly happy about). can't stop touching my hair)) Will be definitely buying a full-size!
