I use both olaplex and kerastase but overall find this the winner. The mask has a lovely smell and leaves my thick coarse hair silky smooth

This is expensive so sometimes I buy cheaper intensive conditioners but nothing compares to this really. Definitely makes a difference to my hair - I have thick wavy hair which is bleached and heat treated so I need something strong!

Staple for hair!

Recommended by my hairdresser for my blonde balayage. After shampooing I dry my hair with towel then put this on / brush through and leave on for 5 - 10 mins. Then I wash off (same process again with conditioner). Honestly keeps my hair silky, smooth and soft. I use once to twice a week depending on how much heat I use. I have long hair so it keeps from getting tangled.  I use alongside Kérastase Discipline Gentle Shampoo / conditioner.

I have been using this on and off for several years. I think it's good for your hair to switch products now and then but I always return to the Kerastase Nutritive range. Makes hair soft, shiney and healthy. It has got more and more expensive over the years however so I stock up while it's on offer!
