great shampoo

Kerastase does one of the best hair products out there and all their shampoos are great. This one takes a second place on my list. Smells great and it;s long lasting. It makes your hair shinier and healthier for sure.

Best strengthening shampoo

I've tried pretty much all of the Kerastase ranges as my hair unfortunately fits into several brackets (long but fine, dry ends, brittle, oily roots, prone to hair fall/shedding, split ends) and I think that the Resistance line is my favourite. This shampoo feels like it's actually repairing hair and protecting it as opposed to simply coating it with chemicals, so I like the way my hair feels and looks after using it. I wash my hair 3x a week and a bottle lasts me anywhere between 3-4 months which is okay considering the price point. If your hair is already strong and healthy you can skip this shampoo but if you have any of the same issues I mentioned then I would def recommend it.

I dont really like or dislike this product! It was nice and didnt make my hair feel any worse, but can't say it made it any better really! I have pretty damaged hair & have started looking after it better and was told this would defo help, but not my fave product!
