Do not waste your money
1Recommended this product by a keratase consultant. It is terrible. Day 2 after washing my hair feels tacky and dirty. A huge price for an inferior product. I did approach keratase about the advice but as I didn't purchase it directly from them it wasn't their issue apparently. I have used keratase products extensively and always had amazing results so this purchase was very disappointing. Service from Look Fantastic always consistently good.

Terrible hair breakage
1I bought this shampoo because I have fine dry hair with oily roots. I thought this would be the perfect solution for my hair type. I was so wrong. I have so much hair at my roots that has snapped straight off and will take years to grow back. This shampoo is clearly too drying and harsh even for my oily scalp.

Good but expensive
4I have fine long hair that gets oily quickly and I usually wash every other day. This shampoo does leave my hair feeling clean but I don't think it has changed how often I need to wash. I find it doesn't lather well and I need to shampoo twice to get some lather to clean my hair, which means I can get through the bottle quicker than when I use other shampoo products. It is expensive and you don't get much product for the price.

Perfect
5I suffer with really oily roots but dry damaged ends due to over processing of bleach. Since using this shampoo I've gone from having to wash my hair every other day to twice a week. My hair is left super squeaky clean but also soft and shiny.

Hair feels great but greasy next day
3This is a lovely shampoo that has left my very fine hair feeling thicker and stronger. However, I bought it for oil control and this it just doesn't have. For reference, while I begrudgingly refrain from washing my hair everyday, my hair has always been VERY visibly greasy the morning after washing. With this shampoo, I did not see any difference whatsoever. For my oily chums, the only thing that has ever allowed me to get more than one day out of my hair was a locally made shampoo bar with apple cider vinegar rinsing and the odd bicarb rinsing. Unfortunately, I also have very sensitive skin, so soap is just something I couldn't keep up. Back to the drawing board!

Didn’t help
1I’m gutted I really thought with it being expensive that it would help. If anything it’s made the grease even worse on my hair, it’s horrible. Back to the drawing board.

The oil control effect is not very satisfactory
3The hair feels shiny after washing, but the oil control effect is two days at most, and oil will appear on the third day.
