Directions for use:
- Humidify the hair and towel-dry to remove the excess water
- Apply 2-3 hazelnut size quantity of product
- Distribute section by section massaging the product into the fiber
- Leave in for 2-3 minutes

Does absolutely nothing
Terrible product and the rest of the elixir ultime line is just as bad. Ruined my hair which is now a frizzy mess. Was trying to use it all up due to the cost but it isn’t even worth it. Going into the bin. Awful.

Outstanding results
I have very dry, fine, fizzy hair. An absolute nightmare. This easy to use balm has transformed it within a week. Simply apply a small amount to dry hair, leave for five minutes and wash as usual. Instead of a frazzled looking mess after blow drying, I have a sleek bob that only needs a light touch with the straighteners to last all day. Highly recommended.

Kerastase Ultime Elixir Preparatory Oil Balm (150ml)
This product comes in beautiful golden bottle , elegant like the rest of the Kerastase products. As soon I have opened the package , i have tried the scent of the balm and I was so happy because it has same scent as Kerastase Ultime Oil, which I adore. Scent is gentle and warm, very nice. This product should nurise and prepare your hair for washing it. It says it can be used on dry or towel dryed hair , I prefer use it on dry hair because that way hair apsorbs more nutritive ingrediants. After that step, you add some water and gently massage it into the hair , that way this balm turns into milk and it feels so good! You rinse it, and then wash it as usual. All products I use when I wash my hair (shampoo, conditioner and hair mask) work so much better thanks to this amazing balm! When I blow dryed my hair, it felt so soft and blow drying was also much easier and faster. I love this product!
