Take this about 4 times a week gives my skin nice healthy glow . Taste not good though .

Not enjoyable
I have previously taken bovine collagen and saw this collagen was highly rated and reviewed for its benefits so thought I’d give it a try. I am early in the process of seeing benefits, however, it tastes vile. It doesn’t dissolve in hot or cold drinks and leaves chunks, it smells very fishy to begin with so I find it difficult to find a way of taking it that is complimentary to what it goes in, and it also tastes very fishy. Previous collagens I have taken have been odourless and tasteless and I couldn’t quite believe my experience with this. I physically gagged when I had it in my coffee this morning. It was bearable in a smoothie so I will have to use the product up this way. There are capsules so depending on the pros/benefits I may move to using them instead. Avoid if you don’t think you can handle the odour and taste of fish in your drinks…someone suggested putting it into a savoury sauce so this might be something I try!

Doesn’t dissolve
I’ve tried this powder in juice / hot drinks : it doesn’t completely dissolve and leaves a grainy/ sandy residue in the bottom of the cup like coffee grains. I can taste it within the drink. Still to find something it will dissolve in and won’t give the nasty after taste. I’ll crack on with this jar but won’t purchase it again.

Recommend
Powered does not have any fishy smell or taste whatsoever. I had a major issue with my nails and looks like after taking this for a month my issue is getting significantly better. I would recommend this product in your smoothies or yogurt bowls.
