Definetly recommend
I received this in my beauty box and after one use I had to order the full size as I was impressed witg how well I felt after using it after suffering for years with back problems. I felt really relaxed and soothed after using it . It's a good sleep aid too as its so calming. My muscles and back feel very relaxed.
