An eyeliner that goes on smoothly - recommended to me by a colleague. Good that it can be sharpened. Is an affordable price.

smooth, soft and black, as it should be
I use black liners often and am always on a lookout for good ones. I never became friend with liquid and jello ones, but hard pencils tend to get dry and uncooperative. So far this is one of the best semi-hard ones and I'm ver happy with it

staying power
Asoft pencil, goes on easy. Stays on all day, unless you touch it, then it smudges quite easy.
