Not as good as I thought
I bought this salon professional shampoo thinking it would be “better” for my hair than ordinary drugstore products, however it’s not. My hairdresser said I could use l’oréal expertise instead of this (which is much cheaper of course), and focus your money on a good heat protectant instead.

Saved my scalp
Really loving this product. I had quite irritated scalp, because I used very harsh shampoos. I needed something that cleans my scalp and do not irritate it. This is definitely a winner. I wash my hair once in 3/4 days. Hair feels great and clean. Gives great volume too.

I suffer with itchy psoriasis on my scalp this shampoo has done wonders for it since I started to use it.

Awful
I bought this shampoo to help with my sensitive, tender scalp. It made little difference to scalp, and completely dried out my hair, my hair was SO dangled after using it, i had to use a tonne of conditioner and oil in attempt to brush through it. Even then I had to cut bits of my hair out that were completely knotted. Insane. Straight in the bin! Never experienced anything like it - so disappointed.

This product is not bad, it leaves hear really shiny and smooth. But it does not help for scalp problems. Actually i got more dandruff than before. So i can not say that i am satisfied.

Love it
I've got dry and itchy scalp because of overall at work. This shampoo helped to reduce itching feeling and moisture my scalp, also left my hair smooth and soft in touch.
