Indulgent but love it!
I personally love this foundation, but tend to only use it for more special occassions due to the price! This somehow makes my textured skin look so much smoother and even and wears well through out a full day/night. I would say this is definitely a medium to full coverage foundation with a natural matte but radiant finish. I have combination skin, so i have to make sure i set around my t-zone, but I've been pleasantly suprised how well it wears in my oily areas as well as feeling moisturising on my drier areas. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a luxury, smoothing and long wear foundation with coverage!

This foundation is nice on the face but it’s smells like petrol for some reason. Wouldn’t repurchase or recommend.

Amazing
Sisley has for years been my first love when it comes to foundation. It’s expensive though. I’ve always found myself using a less expensive foundation alongside it like Armani or Laura Mercier for everyday use. I thought about buying the La Mer for a while before I gave in! Covid times meant I couldn’t go to a counter to get the right colour (I popped over to La Mers actual site and did a colour match) I’m getting older now (41!) so I need something better for my skin, it’s changed so much from my “youth” and does this deliver! Wow! Absolutely flawless on, buildable, breathable, lasts all day (and I’m a big face toucher!) the smell is slightly too strong for my liking but only for a few seconds and for what it does to my face, completely forgivable! I use a brush to apply, I’ve also tried with fingers and a sponge, the brush is preferable but works well whatever I’ve tried. It’s honestly the most beautiful and flawless foundation I’ve ever tried and as previously mentioned I’m getting old now so I’ve definitely tried a few over the years. Highly recommended. Yes it’s pricey but they say you get what you pay for and with this, it’s true!
