A must have for oily skin !
5After receiving a sample of this wonderful moisturiser a couple of months ago - I’ve gone on to repurchase twice since. It is a gel consistency and hydrates my oily blemish prone peri-menopausal skin. I have always suffered with spots since a teenager and have acne scars which seem to be becoming less visible with fewer spots and more clarified skin Definitely up there as a firm favourite in my routine and I highly rate and recommend

My skin loves this!
5After determining to put myself on a mission just before lockdown hit (perfect timing to finally give my all into something & take care of myself) I decided I needed to get a grip on my skin. It had never been awful by any means and always suffered with the odd spot each month due to hormones & periods, however I noticed such a drastic change in my skin once I came off the contraceptive pill at 22 (started taking at 15).Out of nowhere after about 6 months of stopping, my skin completely flip reversed and got into such a state that I had no idea what was going on, how to manage it or to help it in anyway. After years of suffering and with talks of a possible lockdown happening to the UK, at 25 I needed to get a handle on it. I wanted to rule out going to the Dr's first to see how I could help/what effect was I causing myself (+ with lockdown, Dr's/NHS didn't need some 25yr old complaining about spotty skin when there were/is bigger issues going on for them to deal with). After discovering Caroline Hirons (what an absolute hero this woman is!), I decided to do a lot research to try and nail down the problem (that could help alleviate as much as possible as well as dealing with the changes going on in my body) by watching her youtubes, her IG lives, read her blog, bought her books, you name it, anything she said went. It may seem obvious to many but I assumed being in my 20's and puberty long gone, acne wasn't a thing, odd spots yes, acne no. Well I discovered I was suffering with a painful case of hormonal acne, 2wks would be visible and little spots occurring but manageable to a few days before my period till about the next 12 days very painful angry acne with huge cysts under the skin would appear. After researching and finding a suitable routine (double cleanse, serums, moisturisers, SPF, all of it) the turnaround in my skin was magic. This is one item I decided to try and include and I am so thankful I gave it ago and it worked out for me. This stuff really is the magic in my routine and still 4yrs on now at 29, I am still using this just as prominent as I was at 25. I can notice such a huge difference when I don't use/ran out and the kurb it puts to my spots/blemishes is amazing. Will forever buy!

My go to
5I’ve never had an issue with this moisturiser. I wish it came in a bigger tube but it works really well with my skin. (Slightly oily)

Inexpensive skin care
5This is a great product for sensitive skin/acne sufferers. It’s similar to medical grade skin care but without the price tag!

Really good for spot prone skin
5I find this amazing for breakouts and redness, it’s so thin it doesn’t feel heavy on the skin and still let’s skin breathe

Loving this
5Bought alongside the effaclar facial wash and toner, my skin feels extremely clean after using and it really does mattify your skin, if you have oily skin it's great as a primer also, because it's so matt I do find I have to pop a hydrating moisturiser on after this for bedtime so it's not too drying on my skin.

Good exfoliating
5This is my favourite cream if I am taliking about exfoliating and correction. I already bought 2 of them in the last 6 months. I completely recommend in your pm routine.
