Not a bad word I can say
5I LOVE this cleanser, and when I say I love a skin care product that is a lot coming from me (they never work for me)!! Little background - I am in my 30's now and have had problematic skin FOREVER, like seriously for as long as I can remember. My skin is combo/oily. I have tried almost every high end, drug store cleanser you can think of, even some of the other Effaclar cleansers but never found the perfect balance in a cleanser that will clean enough but not strip your skin. This cleanser seems to keep my skin calm and soft and I use it twice a day. In the evening I use the oat cleansing balm by inky. I didn't notice changes over night but after using it for about 6 months now I am noticing such nice changes in my skin. I say stick with it and don't change your cleansers too often.

4The product was really nice when applying it to your skin it felt creamy and smooth and when rinsed off no dehydration Which was very pleasing

Lovely Cleanser
5I am currently on a course of Isotretinoin for my acne and needed a mild but hydrating face wash for my skin. I have used La Roche-Posay products in the past so I knew the formula would be great. This hasn't left my face feel dry or stripped and it's great for my sensitive skin! Will definitely repurchase.

Love it
5I’ve recently gotten into skincare and use this as my first cleanse and absolutely love it. A little goes a long way and the smell is subtle but fresh! Can’t wait to buy more products!

My trusted face cleanser for years now
5Most acne targeted product are not hydrating and I needed the hydration when I was on Accutane. This is so gentle but still does the job!

better for dry skin
4usage = about 5 days - good for dry skin (i even flake sometimes): tried the effaclar purifying one (big blue squeezy bottle), would not rec for dry skin! could feel my skin stretched post-wash and this is much better! - if the ordinary stuff didn't work this might: i've got big hormonal bumps and they leave red marks after and this, combined with the effaclar duo treatment have been like magic - what i don't see: my marks fading but this could just be sleep (trigger for me) since it's finals season and yet to experience the period bumps but will update (if i can?)

Awful
1This product is awful, i usually use the toleraine clenser because i have sensitive skin. I thought i would try this one to see if it would help with breakouts better and it's caused my skin to go extremely dry, sore and flakey around my mouth and nose and even the skin on my hands. I've never experienced anything like this before would definitely not recommend this to anyone. Very disappointed and sad that it's damaged my skin barrier after just a few uses.

5I absolutely love this product! I have combination and sensitive skin and this is perfect! I use this as my 2nd cleanser or main one! Will buy this again
