Easy to apply, lashes looks great and long, no lumps.

I have tried very many mascaras over the years and failed to find one that thickens and lengthens without clumping. Until now. This mascara does that for me. I don't like waterproof mascara, so it meets thatrequirement. There is a downside to that: My eyes always produce excessive tears and it does make some of the mascara come off under my eyes, but I do not even remove a star for that, feeling that, for me, that is a small price to pay to meet every other criterion I need.

Anyone looking for a mascara that darkens light-coloured lashes & goes on quite thickly, then this may be for you. I have dark lashes, but this REALLY coats the lashes in rich black. Personally I don't like the brush, as the mascara applies very thickly onto the lashes, but doesn't give nice definition. It sometimes gives a spider leg appearance, sometimes just looks like a thick glob. A positive is that you don't need to apply multiple layers for good coverage. I find it works best & can even give a nice result when I apply a generous, even layer all over my lashes & then thin it out / separate the lashes using a spare spoolie. I have hooded eyes & the mascara always rubs off onto my eyelids during the day. I can't wear it on my bottom lashes, unless I want to wipe obvious black smudges off my skin all day. If I accidentally touch my dried lashes, it wont come that easily off onto my finger or cause a smudge. I haven't cried while wearing it, but definately wouldn't want to wipe wet eyes as I suspect it'd smear over the skin. Washes off easily using oil. Holds a little bit of an eyelash curl, but not much. I like it, but at the same time it just smudges far too much.

I've been looking for a good smudge-proof mascara for a while and sadly this one is disappointing. It clumps when you put it on (the brush isn't great) and smudges at the first sign of moisture. There are better mascaras for half the price tbh... I won't be repurchasing.

Best mascara ever. Long lashes guaranteed and without smudging. I like the smallish brush as you can get to the roots easily. How’s on smoothly. Best of all, it’s for sensitive eyes.

I am a fair skinned, fair haired middle aged woman who needs mascara every day come rain, hail or shine, my eyelashes would be invisible without it. I have also had very unpleasant experiences when my eyes reacted badly to a mascara, I would throw all my mascara out and start again because I could not figure out which one was the culprit. I spent many visits at my GP looking for help for what I thought was Blepharitis and other types of eye infections and after much trial and error I discovered that I did not have an eye infection, I had a severe allergy to mascara, one in particular was a very high end one.. I can safely say for sure that I have tried hundreds, some very cheap and some ridiculously expensive if an effort to find my Holy Grail that I can just keep buying again and again and stop myself from being suckered into promises of Bambi type eyelashes and dreams that just don't come true. Enter La Roche Posay Multi Dimension and my search is over. It is very gentle on the eyes, it gives lovely long lashes which I do not have, it doesn't cake or get clumpy, it just glides on and gives the lashes the look you want and I wont ever change again (Hopefully). I love this mascara and it puts all others in the shade for me now. I love when I go on holidays and I am shopping at the airport that for once I can pass on all the other mascara's just tempting me to buy them and I say to them, Ha Ha I have a much better mascara than you and it is so reasonably priced!! Just try it for yourself and you will never leave it, for me it is The Best.

This is the best mascara I’ve ever used. As there’s no harsh ingredients in this particular mascara it’s perfect for people with sensitive eyes. You’re lashes look super long too ☺️

This is honestly the best mascara I’ve ever used. It’s the brush I think, it completely separates and defines your lashes and there is no chemical smell to the mascara itself which I often find with other products. It never smudges...however this does mean you’ll need a good eye make up remover!
