Experiment with a magical new look with the Lime Crime Unicorn Hair Tint. This innovative semi-permanent hair dye is designed to provide a colourful uplift to your tresses with a rainbow of playful shades. Formulated with nourishing vegan ingredients, the dye is gentle on the hair, delivering a long-lasting tint that ranges from vibrant on bleached and lighter hair to a subtle hint of fun colour on darker locks. How much to use:
Short – bob 1 jar
Below shoulder – waist length
Thin hair – 2 jars
Thick hair – 2-3 jars
Longer than waist-length 3+ jars
You'll need: gloves, applicator brush, clips, bowl, & an old t-shirt or cape. Cover all surfaces you do not want to get hair dye on as Unicorn Hair can permanently stain surfaces and fabric.
1. For best results, start with clean, unconditioned, dry hair. Full Coverage shades work best with pre-bleached platinum to medium blonde hair and add a tint of colour to dark blonde and light brown hair.
2. Wear protective gloves and pour desired amount into a bowl.
3. Section hair into 4 even sections (front to back & side to side) and secure with clips. Work in 1 inch wide strands. Apply colour evenly from root to tip with applicator brush. Begin at the root of the hair applying colour evenly through to the ends. Massage each strand with fingers, root to tip, to ensure even distribution of colour.
4. Leave Full Coverage shades in for 30 minutes. No heat/cap required. For more intense, longer-lasting results, leave colour in for 1-2 hours. Don't worry, Unicorn Hair will not damage your hair, as it does not contain any harsh chemicals or bleach!
5. Rinse hair in cool to lukewarm water until hair feels clean. More intense shades may not rinse clear for the first few washes. Do not shampoo. Conditioner optional.
6. Style to your liking & enjoy your new Unicorn Hair!
Always do a patch & strand test to make sure you feel comfortable using Unicorn Hair, & to determine the colour saturation you like.

Smells great
Not the most pigmented colour ever so would be better if you have a clean base or want it to wash out after a few washes. It didn’t quite cover the faded pink I had in my hair already so I had to buy crazy colour to redo it as that always really sticks in my hair. Otherwise it smells great and the consistency is similar to arctic fox, will be using the leftover to touch up my colour as it should work great for that without staining my shower and hands! 😊

Brilliant!
I love being a natural blonde so wouldn’t ever want to permanently colour my hair, this is the perfect thing for temporary colour and to mix it up! The colour pay off is amazing. Very even coverage and bright. This is the second time purchasing this brand of temp hair dye and I will not be using anything different! Lasts around 10-12 washes to come fully out but fades into a lovely pastel colour!

Sooo vibrant
My son used this on his hair because the permanent red dye he’d used was lacklustre and very dull this was amazing !! Shockingly bright , he’s obsessed with lime crime now especially as he’s vegan

Nice but small
I like these lime crime wash in wash out colours they are easy to use and smell nice and this shade is lovely ....obviously they’ll only work over bleached or very light blonde hair ...it’s not the cheapest and you don’t get much definitely need 2-3 to a full head I used one just doing my ends .
