Gua Sha
Eyebright: Apply to cotton wool pads, sweep over eyelids and lashes to clean and wake up eyes. For a revitalising, soothing compress, soak 2 cotton wool pads, place over eyes and relax for 5-10 minutes.
Superskin Eye Cream: Apply a grain of rice-size amount between your ring fingers. Tap in a circular motion using your ring finger, starting at the outer corner of your eye, moving under the eye and then over the orbital bone, out to any fine lines. Smooth outwards around the eye contours, using both your middle and ring fingers.

perfect
bought this for my mum. she has been using the brighteye soothing lotion for many years. Does wonders for tired and puffy eyes. Thought I would treat her for a special home spa feeling with the gua sha as well and she loves using it after popping in the fridge for a few hours. An absolutely amazing set. Would highly recommend.

Fabuloys set
I switched to the Liz Earle range this year from my usual brand and I was apprehensive as I'd used the other brand (think 3 step...) for years. I can't recommend this range enough. Along with the other products I use this set is such a great addition. The soothing eye lotion is fabulous. I do the quick version in the morning, quick swipe with the washable pad around the whole eye area, and at night I leave the pads on for about 5 minutes (lying down of course) for a super quick pamper. At bed time I use the eye cream. It is absolutely gorgeous! Rich, creamy and not greasy at all. I have definitely seen an improvement in the under eye skin area since using the eye cream. It's less puffy, smoother and looks better. Fantastic products. Recommended
