The size is pretty huge and they are pretty good at removing makeup. I like to use them warm to remove my cleaning balm/oil before going with a second cleanser.

These are amazing! Super soft to use and they really seem to leave skin feeling squeaky clean without drying it out. I normally find washing with water often can dry my skin out I wear foundation and these cloths just wipe it away & seem to absorb the dirt easily. I've stopped using cleanser & will use these instead now. Although they may seem like an expensive flannel they're actually cheaper than cleansing lotions & toner!
