Cooling
Used it during pregnancy for dry itchy legs especially at night. My skin gets very sensitive during pregnancy . Its hypoallergenic, and it really helped with itching and dryness without causing any reactions on my skin.

Works
It helps to refresh my tired legs during pregnancy. I use it after shower when needed to have a better sleep and sometimes in the morning. I don't particularly like the smell, it is quite unpleasant but it's safe and it works.

Refreshing for a summer pregnancy
When the heat of summer gets unbearable, this is welcome relief. My pregnancy ankles swelled to twice their size during June-aug. This spray won’t reduce swelling, but certainly will soothe those tired feet and legs.

Not just for pregnancy
I have used a lot of the moon range and I find them very effective. Now I am not pregnant but was intrigued by this product to aid my fibromyalgia symptoms in my legs. My legs get very sore, tired and just very achy. This spray is lovely and cooling and refreshing. And seems to reduce some of my swelling. It absorbs well and doesn’t take much to rub in , which is perfect as I can’t tolerate any pressure on my legs

Mama Mio
I really love the Mama Mio products - I saw this one on offer and thought id try it as I am getting very restless itchy legs on a night now I’m in the third trimester and after a couple of nights I have found it quite refreshing and like all the products soaks in quickly whilst still feeling really moisturised.

Great relief
I got this to try as at 16 weeks I’m suffering from a lot of leg pain due to varicose veins and I work standing all day. This spray is amazing. You get instant cooling relief and it stops any aches and itching for me before bed when I use it. Definitely would recommend!
