Long story short, I desperately need my balayage toning but, due to lack of money, that is not going to happen before Christmas. And it was really starting to get me down, especially given Iā€™d provisionally booked a fitness weight loss photo shoot in, and one of the recommendations is to have a fresh colour.Ā  Enter the VoxBox goodies of Matrix Brass Off. Oh word.Ā  My hair, once brassy, now looks like Iā€™ve had a fresh colour. My family ā€˜told me offā€™ for having my hair done when I should be saving money... they actually couldnā€™t believe it was the result of Matrix Brass Off, let alone something that had been kindly gifted for review.Ā  It is now in my arsenal and is a hair must-have, to use alongside Olaplex and Matrix Velvetizer.Ā  Couldnā€™t recommend enough!

Brass off shampoo

I double wash my hair so I use a different shampoo first and then this on the second wash, leave it in for 3 minutes and then was off. I like everything about this product from the packaging to the price. It looks expensive but comes with a cheaper price tag and is definitely affordable. Its easy to use and doesn't stain your hair purple or dry it out but I do only have blonde highlights. I would recommend this to those that want to eliminate brassy tones in their hair.

One of my faves

I always need a purple shampoo in my routine, and recently I have been trying very hard to achieve an ashy blonde look - I really enjoyed using this shampoo that I was gifted from Influenster. Not only did I notice results from the first use, my hair also felt clean with just one wash! Just be careful to make sure youā€™ve rinsed it all through but Iā€™ll definitely pick up another.

Smells so good!

I received this to review and the first thing I did was smell it. It leaves your hair smelling so good. Did a great job and removing any brassy tones in my hair. Just be warned it does stain your skin a little bit if you donā€™t wash it off properly!Ā

Great colour!

I received this product for free to trial it and I wasnā€™t disappointed. It left my hair a lot less brassy than it was and it felt very fresh. The only issue I find with ā€˜colouredā€™ shampoos is that they can be quite drying, so make sure you use it with a good conditioner!

I received this gift as a complementary product to try. This shampoo is great especially when used alongside the brass off mask, the combo leave your hair feeling light and salon fresh. I couldnā€™t believe how good the results were after only one use itā€™s doesnā€™t need to be left on for long either for you to see great results.

Great for neutralising brassy tones

I received this product as a complimentary gift in order to test it. I really love the packaging and quality of the product. Amazing for removing brassy tones and felt really moisturising. It would be ideal for very dry and damaged over bleached hair so I will be using it in my kit as a professional hairstylist and recommended it to clients with bleached or brassy toned hair.

Brass off shampoo

Iā€™m quite fussy when it comes to shampoos so I was really impressed when I tried this one! It really helped tone down the orange tones in my hair and it also left my hair feeling so soft and silky! Itā€™s such a big bottle too for such a good price so I definitely recommend! I will be repurchasing it when mine runs out

I received this free for testing purposes and this is a truly amazing purple shampoo for getting rid of that brassiness. Ā It smells good, made my hair soft, and definitely took the brassiness out. I will 100% purchase this in the future as it worked so much better than I expected. You will not regret trying this product!Ā

Works Amazingly!

I was gifted this to try and review bout would definitely purchase! It smells amazing, definitely salon quality and my hair feels really soft and manageable. Itā€™s brought out the silver highlights in my hair, that werenā€™t really visible before. Highly recommend if you have cool toned hair or highlights!
